TEMPLE MIST emerges from the cryptic depths of the Netherlands, conjuring a storm of ancient rituals. Born from sinister energies, the project draws its inspiration from the obscure demo-era black metal of Greece’s legendary Necromantia and Abruptum. Ritualistic, primitive, obscure and sinister: TEMPLE MIST channels the spirit of black metal’s early days.  

Death, necromancy, and darkness run through every sound, invoking eldritch rituals meant to summon ancient malvolent spirits. The second album, ‘O Spiritus, qui in hoc loco adsum, audi me et exaudi preces meas’, weaves a tapestry of harrowing improvisational drums and bass guitars. Haunted by analogue synths and strangled howling of the dead.
